Shipping Policy

Where we deliver
- Local delivery: we deliver ourselves to 310 postcodes around Geelong, the Bellarine, the Surf Coast, Melbourne, and up to Bendigo and Shepparton (see the map). The Mornington Peninsula is not included.
- Road freight: outside our local area, we send bins along the east coast of Australia, from Victoria to Far North Queensland, and inland to Canberra.
- Australia Post: spare parts and accessories ordered on their own are sent by Australia Post anywhere in Australia.
If your postcode is accepted at checkout, we deliver to you. If it is not accepted, please contact us and we will see what we can do.

How we deliver
Wheelie bins go by our own local delivery or by road freight. Spare parts and accessories ordered on their own are sent by Australia Post. Where possible, small items ordered with bins are packed inside the bins.

Delivery charges
- Local delivery is one flat price of $79 (including GST), however many bins you order.
- Freight and postage are worked out for your order and shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery times
Please allow 3 to 10 business days for delivery. It's often quicker, but some items are ordered in for you. Made-to-order items, such as wall brackets, can take up to 14 days. If you need your order sooner, contact us before you buy and we'll do our best.

Receiving your delivery
Someone must be at the delivery address to accept the delivery. Wheelie bins are delivered during business hours and will not be left unattended.
If your site has restricted receiving hours, or anything else the driver needs to know, please tell us in the order notes when you place your order. If a delivery cannot be completed because nobody is there to accept it, or because we were not told about a restriction, a re-delivery fee may apply.
If you would like your order left without a signature, you must give us a clear written instruction in the order notes, including where to leave it and a contact phone number. Goods left at your instruction are left at your risk.

Four wheel bins
660 Litre and 1100 Litre bins sent by freight are unloaded by forklift or tailgate truck. You choose which at checkout. Please make sure there is clear, level access for the truck and room to unload.

Pick-up
We don't offer pick-up at this stage.

Check your order on arrival
Please check your order when it arrives. If anything has been damaged in transit, note it with the driver if you can and tell us within 24 hours of delivery, with photos. See our Return and Refund Policy for details.
